Delon Mansour began his career in financial services at just 18 years old while pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Finance at Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Upon graduation, he relocated to San Diego to begin his professional journey with Wells Fargo, helping clients take their first steps toward financial freedom.
In 2012, Delon advanced into the role of Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley, where he specialized in guiding individuals and families through growing their assets, generating income, planning for retirement, and optimizing tax efficiency. Having launched his career during the Great Recession, Delon learned early on that transparency and education are the cornerstones of trust. He ensures every client fully understands what they own and why so they can invest with clarity and confidence.
After more than a decade advising clients within major firms such as Morgan Stanley and LPL Financial, Delon founded Prosperity Private Wealth—a firm built on independence, integrity, and access. His mission is to connect investors with world-class financial resources and personalized strategies designed to help them achieve lasting prosperity.
Delon is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®), Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®), and an Enrolled Agent with the IRS. He also holds a California Insurance License (#0G94256).
Beyond finance, Delon’s passion for people extends into philanthropy. Through Prosperity Private Wealth, he’s committed to fostering a culture of giving—connecting charitable resources, time, and energy to where they are needed most, and encouraging clients and community members to make an impact while having fun doing it.
Outside the office, Delon is an avid pilot and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys riding his Harley, scuba diving, golfing, hiking, and sailing whenever he can.
